HOW IT WORKS:
You start your adventure with a map and some equipment.
You determine the route yourself and playfully explore the city with lots of clues and puzzles.

Corona note: Our outdoor offers can be played witout restrictions. However, for safety, have a FFP2 or medical mask with you.

Embark on exciting missions of different kinds through Hamburg and the surrounding area. Solve puzzles together, open hidden installations and discover the city and hidden places in a very special way. You determine the route yourself with a map.
Your tour, your pace: There is (almost) no time limit. So you can really get to know and enjoy all the stations of the tour, e.g. B. during a stopover in a café or when watching the ships in the harbor.
IMPORTANT: Currently, the tours can only be booked from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays. Tour "Elbflut - Platons Devotee's can not played at the moment, because one of your cooperations partners has closed and we are still looking for a new one.

The start is at the historic Sprinkenhof, a 5-minute walk from the main station.
The end is always very central, we won't tell you any more.
Equipment: You need a mobile phone with mobile internet access and a messaging app to communicate with your clients (Telegram or WhatsApp).

How can I book: Quite simply online here:

What do I need to bring: Only a smartphone with mobile internet in case we need to contact you.

What does the tour cost: 21-35€ per person depending on the size of the group.

When can we play the tour: Currently only on weekends or holidays.

Larger teams can also play: We recommend 3-6 people. More is also possible, but we recommend to play in 2 starting times. We currently start every 30 minutes. We also have a solution for large groups. Feel free to contact us!

What happens if it rains: If you want to see the city, you need the right clothes. We will gladly provide you with free rain ponchos. That way you will stay dry. In the event of a real storm, you can cancel spontaneously and free of charge.

Can we spontaneously change the number of players? No problem, just bring the additional players and we will adjust everything. If, contrary to expectations, one of your team members drops out, the invoice amount will be reduced. You only pay for the actual number of participants.
Please note that there are no refunds for online payments, but in this case we can issue a voucher for the corresponding amount. -
How long can we play: At 19h the last game must be finished. "The Smugglin" must be finished on Friday at 17h and on the weekend at 18h.

How can we pay: You can either pay directly online via credit card, Sofortüberweisung or PayPal or at the start on site in cash or with EC/credit card.

Can we cancel the tour: As the tickets are booked (e.g. cinema or theatre tickets), cancellation is not possible in principle. However, if you have to cancel for special reasons, we will try to be accommodating. This is usually not a problem up to 2 weeks before the date. In any case, please contact hallo@secretcitytours.de in writing.
